Yes, finally Kuwo music take pity on overseas users like us...

I'm facing this problem same as you.   Recently, because of copyrights restrictions, user from abroad are not able to access nor play the music from most of the China's online music websites such as qq music. Unless you find ways connect to China VPN server / proxy and get Chinese IP address to bypass their IP filtration.
