It is possible that the weibo page might go haywire for no reason, which I have encountered once before. Fortunately, it managed to resolve on its own. There is no access restriction for viewing weibo video, meaning you can view it without logging in as user. It will bypass the login page (sina visitor login) and access directly into the video viewing page.

Perhaps you can try:

1) Clear your browser's cache. (including browsing history, cookies, cache data & files). Refreshing your browser can prevent it loading old files from cache.

2) If you are using IE as your default browser, reset it to the default condition (Go to Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Reset).

3) Use another internet browser to access the page (such as firefox etc), this is to rule out the problem with your default browser.
