《牽拖》：台語,有避重就輕的意味；指這個人重點不提,偏偏扯些有的沒的。例如潘美說她牙齒不好,不提可能是自己忘了睡前刷牙、飯後漱口〈:P我亂講的啦〉,卻怪罪都是吃花生使牙齒不好，這就是牽拖花生囉。

When I first read this article, I catch the sense of
《牽拖》as 怪罪; 連累 or put the blame on something etc.

One more question, the pronunciation might not be the same as Mandarin!
I suppose Pan Mei can speak 台語!
