I could say "人言可畏". Indeed, there were few incidents mentioned did happened. Like one of the Singapore fans madly chasing Pan Mei despite of her own safety, however, the writer somehow exaggerated it by saying Pan Mei treat this fan's behaviour coldly.... Actually, I did noticed Pan Mei is quite temperamental at times...or I should say her concern to fans seldom reveal on her face..., but from the bottom of her heart, she cares a lot....she cares every of her fans. 清者自清... Well...just like Bebe said...don't take it to heart for those negative reports... Believe yourself...Believe Pan Mei...
