Hi Judith,
  You can try to download and install a software called "Net Transport"...this software supports "mms"  downloading...
  It should be a shareware or perhaps freeware from internet...
  If you have problem in getting this software, I can send it to you via email....
  Hope that this will help you solve the downloading issue...
