這專輯推出的時候潘美的健康都不是很好
那一年剛好是衛星電視中文台的一週年台慶，
潘美是其中一個表演嘉賓，據說她那天是抱病演出的(好像是盲腸炎)，
所以電視台就臨時讓潘美第一個表演，之後潘美就要進醫院了。
另外在星馬宣傳期間，潘美也病到了，最後還要中斷通告去了香港進醫院。

盲腸炎?  Has Pan Mei undergone any operation in Hong Kong as far as you know?

Most important of all, Pan Mei always takes good care of her health!
She does not drink, she does not smoke, she seldom drinks coffee.....
Pan Mei is a very self-disciplined girl, doesn't she?
